Construction of external and internal power grids of "CHKALOV AGROFIRM"
Connection of the biogas power plant of Chkalov Agrofirm LLC, located at: Kirovohrad region, Novomyrhorod district, Kapitanivka village council, with a total capacity of 6004 kV.
We have completed all the design, laying and connection to the power grid for I&U Group Agroholding. The 6 MWh biogas complex will process sugar production waste into raw materials for heat and electricity and, once commissioned, will produce 48180 MW of green electricity annually.

WORK PERFORMED
During 2019-2020, our organization completed a full range of works to ensure external and internal power supply to the biogas complex, namely:
- The design and estimate documentation for the construction of 110/10kV SS was developed and approved by the distribution system operators: PJSC Cherkasyoblenergo, PJSC Kirovohradoblenergo, NPC Ukrenergo, JSC Ukrzaliznytsia.
- A 110/10kV substation with a capacity of 6300 kW and five 10/0.4kV switchgear substations with a capacity of 1600 kW each were built.
- Power supply networks of 110 kV, 10 kV, 0.4 kV and outdoor lighting networks were built
- Implementation of the AMR, RPA, and telemechanics systems for data transmission to the dispatching center of NPC Ukrenergo.
- The lightning protection system was installed at the facility.
- Installation of an automatic transfer switch system from a diesel generator for own needs.
- Works on connecting cogenerators to 0.4 kV busbars of KTP-10/0.4 kV substations were completed.
- Provided full legal support and signed electricity distribution agreements with PJSC Cherkasyoblenergo, agreed and signed an agreement with SE Guaranteed Buyer for the sale of electricity.
- Commissioning of the biogas complex networks was completed and the facility was put into operation.
